1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping:  estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • Express Shipping:  estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by visiting the carrier's website and entering the provided tracking number.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to certain international locations due to shipping restrictions.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at customer service email  immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
